Promises with paperwork.

Every build ships with its warranty in writing: five years structural on timber and frame, three years on heating panels, heaters and electrics. Here is what that means in practice — including the part most warranties bury, which is how a claim actually goes.

What's covered

Structural, five years: the timber, joinery, frame, staves and bands — the parts that make the building a building. If a board splits, a stave shifts or a bench loosens under normal use, that's ours.

Components, three years: infrared panels, heaters supplied in our kits, controllers, LED systems and plunge chillers. Wear items — filters, gaskets, essential-oil accessories — carry the usual consumable expectations rather than multi-year terms.

How a claim works

Email photos and your order reference to the consultant who quoted you — the same human, not a queue. Replacement parts ship promptly, and we stay on the phone while they go in. For anything beyond owner-fit, we arrange the fix through our installation partners.

What voids coverage is the short, fair list: interior paint or varnish (the timber must breathe), unauthorized electrical modification, and commercial-duty use of residential-spec builds — which is exactly why the quote asks how the build will be used.

Asked often.

The remaining term follows the build, not the buyer — a detail worth mentioning in the listing, since a sauna with paperwork holds value better than one without.
Both brands carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we front the process — one email to us, and we handle the brand paperwork behind the scenes.
