Steam or no steam

Infrared is dry — no vapor barrier, no drain, apartment-safe. Traditional indoor rooms want tile or a drained floor and a ventilation path.

The circuit question

Infrared: standard outlet. Traditional: a 240 V line an electrician installs in an afternoon. Your panel photo answers it before you spend anything.

Flagship rooms are architecture

Lumaria and Fortis are designed with your floor plan — glass walls, custom benches, integrated lighting. Those quotes come with a consultation, not just a number.

Before you choose.

Infrared models, yes — standard outlet, no steam, and a footprint smaller than a wardrobe. Flat-packed panels pass through normal doorways and assemble in an afternoon.
Infrared adds essentially none. A traditional indoor room produces steam during löyly, which the included ventilation plan handles — it's the same engineering as a well-built bathroom.
Both are luxury built-in rooms; Fortis is the flagship — larger, with the full architectural treatment. Both are configured per home, so the honest comparison happens in a consultation with drawings on the table.
