Which sauna is yours?

Traditional rooms run 80–95°C with löyly steam — the full Nordic ritual. Infrared warms the body directly at 45–60°C, gentler on breath, faster on schedule, kinder on power draw. Barrels heat fastest outdoors; cabins give you the widest benches.

Undecided is a fine place to start — most builds are settled in one call with a consultant.

Before you choose.

A 9 kW traditional room used four times a week costs roughly $15–25 a month in most markets; infrared runs on a fraction of that. Your quote includes an estimate for your local rates.
Infrared models plug into a standard outlet. Traditional electric heaters need a 240 V circuit — an electrician's afternoon — and wood-fired stoves may need a local permit. We flag exactly what applies to your address in the quote.
Western Red Cedar is naturally rot- and insect-resistant; with an annual oil it grays gracefully and outlasts its 5-year structural warranty many times over. Hardware is 316L stainless — it simply doesn't rust.
