Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of this website and any quote or order you place with Premium Sauna Co. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes and orders
Prices shown on the site are indicative. Your binding price is the written quote we prepare for your configuration and destination, valid for the period stated on it. An order is confirmed when we receive your deposit and issue a written confirmation.
We build to the specification in your confirmed quote. Changes after confirmation may adjust price and lead time, and are agreed in writing before we proceed.
Payment, delivery and title
A deposit secures your build slot; the balance is due before dispatch unless your quote states otherwise. Delivery windows are estimates given in good faith; freight timing can be affected by carriers, customs and weather beyond our control.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment is received in full. Inspect your crate on arrival and note any transit damage with the driver and to your consultant the same day so we can act on the freight claim.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the warranty stated on your quote and on our warranty page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear, misuse, or failure to follow assembly and care instructions.
Because builds are made and configured to order, custom orders are non-returnable except where required by law or covered by warranty. Stock accessories may be returned unused within the window stated at purchase.

Content on this site — text, images, schematics and pricing — is owned by Premium Sauna Co. and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not copy or republish it without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business.
