From our floor to your door.
Every build is crated where it was made and freighted to your address — kerbside as standard, white-glove to the room in most regions. Your quote names the price and the window; a consultant tracks the crate until it's inside.
How it works
Once your build clears the floor, it's crated, photographed and handed to freight. You receive the tracking and a delivery window; the carrier calls ahead before the truck arrives. Kerbside delivery means the crate arrives at your driveway — flat-packed panels are designed for a two-person carry from there.
White-glove service — carry-in, uncrating, debris removal, and in most regions full assembly — is quoted as a line item so you can decide with real numbers rather than guesses.
International, honestly
We ship worldwide, and the quote is delivered-price: freight, insurance, and guidance on duties and import steps for your country, stated before you commit. High-cube crates, remote addresses and island freight are all quotable — tell us where the crate lands and the number comes back within 24 hours.
Voltage matters across borders: heaters and chillers are specified for your grid at quote time, not discovered at the socket. It's one of the questions the quote form exists to catch.
