This policy explains what information Premium Sauna Co. collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because you shouldn't need a lawyer to understand what happens to your details.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — name, email, phone, delivery region, and any project notes, drawings or photos you send. We collect nothing you don't hand us on purpose.
As you browse, our servers and analytics record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring links. This is used in aggregate to keep the site fast and relevant.
How we use it
Your quote and contact details are used to prepare your quote, answer your questions, arrange delivery, and follow up on your enquiry. A consultant handles it — your details are not sold, rented or traded.
We may email you about your active enquiry and, if you opt in, occasional product news. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe; transactional messages about a live order are not marketing.
Sharing and retention
We share data only with the service providers who make the sale happen — freight carriers for delivery, payment processors for deposits, and our email/analytics platforms — each bound to use it solely for that purpose. We disclose information if required by law.
We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to service the relationship and meet tax and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
